SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah (KUTV) — An officer with the South Salt Lake Police Department faces misdemeanor charges after allegedly going on duty while under the influence of alcohol.
According to court documents, Michael Starley Hatch, 60, was reportedly driving a vehicle while on his patrol shift on Sunday night.
