MILLCREEK, Utah, Jan. 27, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man in a wheelchair missing since Monday evening.
John Rice Easter, 66, was last seen at 5 p.m. Monday at Mt. Olympus Rehabilitation Center, 2200 E. 3300 South, Millcreek, a nursing home and hospital rehab facility, according to UPD and the Utah Department of Public Safety’s Silver Alert website. Both agencies published alerts for Easter Tuesday morning.
Easter is described as a Black man, 6-foot-tall, 240 pounds, with brown eyes and gray/salt-and-pepper hair. He was wearing a black-striped overcoat with a black coat underneath, black sweat pants and he was using a wheelchair. The Silver Alert says he is legally blind…
