WEST VALLEY CITY — A family is speaking out after ICE agents raided Viper Auto Care this week, shattering the shop’s glass door and detaining two men — shop owner Ismael Avalos and employee Wilmer Menjivar.
A newly installed replacement door now hangs where agents forced their way inside.
