MURRAY, Utah (KUTV) — A woman was located after a porch camera caught her walking away from a fatal chihuahua attack with her German Shepherd.
According to Salt Lake County Animal Services, the woman was involved in the Jan. 31 incident at Birkhill Park. Fernanda Avalos said she was walking her 6-year-old Chihuahua, Panchito, on a leash when the German Shepard that was roaming free suddenly ran toward them.
