New details released after fatal carbon monoxide poisoning in West Valley City

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — New details in the case of a carbon monoxide poisoning in West Valley City that left three people dead on Friday have been released.

Three men died in a carbon monoxide poisoning incident in West Valley on Friday, Feb. 6, after they were left in a running van, according to West Valley City Police (WVCPD). The three individuals were disabled, police said, each living at assisted living facilities.

The driver of the van, identified as Isaiah Pulu, 25, reportedly worked for a transport company. He was booked into jail on manslaughter charges as well as aggravated abuse of a vulnerable adult on Friday…
