WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC4) — A West Jordan mother told ABC4 that her 15-year-old daughter was almost kidnapped in broad daylight, and she has a message to share.
The teenager is feeling too shaken up to speak publicly, but her mother, Karina Ramirez, spoke to ABC4. Home security video taken near Tara Lynda Elementary School showed the teenager running for her life on Saturday afternoon.
