SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — An investigation into the apartment fire in Salt Lake City Wednesday afternoon has been completed.
According to the Salt Lake City Fire Department, at approximately 9:20 a.m., crews were dispatched to a fire at 123 East and 2nd Avenue. Upon arrival, firefighters observed a fire on the 11th floor of an apartment building.

Crews were able to get the fire was under control within 22 minutes, and residents on the 9th floor and above evacuated the building.
