Former Utah Attorney General files motion to dismiss lawsuit, claiming prosecutorial immunity

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Former Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes and others filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit that alleges the Utah Attorney General’s Office had abused their power during a 2023 arrest.
