SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A driver is in critical condition after their vehicle hit a concrete structure on Highway 89 northbound.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 8:06 a.m. A Honda CRV was heading northbound to the Highway 89 offramp when it crossed over the barrier and went into the grass. The vehicle hit the concrete support structure for the ramp.
