SALT LAKE CITY – A West Valley man has been charged with three counts of murder following the deaths of three men with disabilities by carbon monoxide poisoning last week.
Isaiah Vaughn Pulu, 25, worked for a company Safe & Sound LLC, which provides transportation for adults with disabilities. A police affidavit described how Pulu picked the three men up and took them to his apartment near 2730 S. High Park Way in West Valley City.
