Utah is definitely home to some of the prettiest landscapes, but a lot of people don’t realize how many amazing inventions come out of the Beehive State! Without these inventions, our world would look INCREDIBLY different from what it looks like today!
1. The Television:
I don’t want to imagine what life would be like without TV. No Seinfeld, Friends, or The Office. No watching your favorite sports teams. Like right now… Watching Lebron James break the All-Time NBA Scoring Record in my bedroom! Shout out to Richfield local, Philo T. Farnsworth! The inventor of the TV. Life would not be the same without you!
2. The Electric Guitar:
Shoutout to Alvino Ray, the inventor of the Electric Guitar. He was born in California, but married his wife Louise and ended up moving to Louise’s hometown… Salt Lake City, Utah, where he stayed until his death in 2004! How different would music be without the electric guitar? Rock wouldn’t exist. More importantly… THE AIR GUITAR WOULDN’T EXIST!…
