Turner contacted her mother on February 13, 2026, indicating she was leaving town to travel to either Las Vegas or Arizona due to fears for her safety. On February 14, a male acquaintance answered her phone and informed family members that Turner had left with another male, believed to reside in the Phoenix area. Since then, Turner has not responded to calls or messages and has been inactive on social media, which is uncharacteristic and has raised concerns for her safety, according to a press release from the authorities.
The male she initially traveled with returned to the Salt Lake City area on February 19, 2026, without Turner.
