MIDVALE, Utah (KUTV) — A 91-year-old man was killed after crashing into a box truck on Interstate 15 in Midvale on Monday.
The crash happened around 1 p.m. near 8200 South, according to Utah Highway Patrol. Traffic was reportedly slowing down in the area as a box truck was pulled off into the right shoulder of the southbound lanes.
A white Kia Forte, being driven by the 91-year-old man, went into the shoulder and rear-ended the truck.

Utah Highway Patrol said life-saving measures were provided on scene, and the driver, who has only been identified by his age, was taken to the hospital in critical condition. He later died due to his injuries…
