Eva Reopens
I’m thrilled to report that Eva restaurant in downtown SLC has reopened, six months after closing and rebuilding due to the massive fire that destroyed a number of Main Street businesses.
Eva is the second business – after White Horse Kitchen & Spirits – to reopen following the fire. Named for his grandmother, owner/chef Charlie Perry Eva opened 17 years ago serving tapas-style cuisine in a comfy and warm setting – a true independent gem of a restaurant. And I can’t wait to enjoy dishes like the amazing grilled asparagus and bodacious Brussels sprouts at Evan again.
