The Texas Roadhouse in Taylorsville just got roomier. City officials say the popular steakhouse at 1904 W. 5400 South has finished a dining room expansion that adds 60 seats, giving the restaurant more breathing room for families and larger groups. The build-out wrapped with a Feb. 2 ribbon-cutting that pulled in city leaders and ChamberWest representatives, all celebrating a little more elbow room for one of the city’s busiest eateries and a potential dent in those long evening wait times.
