A Salt Lake City neighborhood had a heavy police presence as police searched for a suspect considered armed and dangerous Sunday morning.
Salt Lake City Police said the investigation began around 10:30 in the area of 540 East 600 South, when they received reports of a domestic violence assault. The suspect, Lovell Grant, was considered armed and dangerous, prompting a heavy police response.
“We wanted to lock down the scene. We also weren’t 100% sure if he was still located inside the residence when we first arrived,” said SLCPD Sgt.
