SALT LAKE CITY – A man wanted for aggravated assault was taken into custody Sunday after police warned the public that he was “armed and dangerous” near Liberty Park in Salt Lake City.
Salt Lake City police released an urgent warning to the public at approximately 12:15 p.m., telling people to be on the lookout for Lovell Grant, 38, and to avoid all contact. Shortly after the alert went out, Sgt. Greg Wilking with SLCPD later confirmed they had taken him into custody.
