SANDY, Utah (KUTV) — A man was arrested after police said he stole medications and drug logs from patients while working at a rehabilitation center in Salt Lake County.
Isaac Watters, 45, was arrested on Thursday, facing one felony charge of pattern of unlawful activity and several misdemeanors, including theft and intentional abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult.
