PARK CITY — A Riverton man is accused of stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of items from a Deer Valley hotel, only to be arrested after his getaway vehicle got stuck in the snow.
Richard James Kearney, 57, was charged on March 3 in Summit County’s 3rd District Court with four counts of theft, a second-degree felony, two third-degree felonies and a class B misdemeanor; and burglary, a third-degree felony.
