WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A plane made an emergency landing on private property near West Valley City on Saturday.
According to police, they were dispatched around 3:55 p.m. when the plane landed on private property owned by Northrop Grumman, an aerospace manufacturing company. The plane reportedly landed in a field, also used by several other large companies, just west of 4700 South and east of 8400 West.
The plane was a small vessel with just two occupants on board. The pilot was an adult male and the passenger was a juvenile female. According to police, the landing was successful and no injuries were reported. There is, however, “significant” damage to the plane itself…
