DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — An Ogden man has entered a guilty plea after he threw six puppies out of a car window while driving on US-89 in October 2025.
According to Animal Care of Davis County, Memphis Lor, 25, pleaded guilty to four felony counts of Torture of a Companion Animal as part of a plea agreement. The remaining three felony counts and one misdemeanor count were dismissed.
Lor’s sentencing is currently scheduled for May 2026…
