KEARNS, Utah (ABC4) — Several days after a shooting left one man critically injured in Kearns, police are asking the public to come forward with any relevant information or security footage.
Around 1:30 p.m. on March 19, police responded to the area of 4067 W and 4685 S in Kearns. When they arrived, they found that an adult male had been shot multiple times and was critically injured.
First responders immediately began administering first aid and transported the victim, who has not been publicly identified at this time, to the hospital. Several nearby schools were placed under secure protocol out of an abundance of caution. However, the secure protocol was lifted after about two hours and there was no threat to students or schools.
