A recent trip to Salt Lake City led me to the gravesite of one of the most discussed eternal residents of the city’s largest cemetery. What’s written on the deceased woman’s grave marker has been a topic of debate in Utah for close to 70 years.
The Salt Lake City Cemetery is the largest in the state, at approximately 250 acres. The grounds are also the final resting places for 10 former presidents of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, according to FOX 13.
One stone slab in particular has been visited and discussed more than all others in the 179 year existence of the cemetery that sits at 200 North Street.
