DRAPER, Utah (ABC4) — A man was arrested in Draper on Saturday after a road rage incident involving a shooting, according to Draper Police.
John Edward Orvis, 53, was arrested in Salt Lake County on felony discharge of a firearm – road rage (third-degree felony), aggravated assault (third-degree felony), and prohibited dangerous weapon conduct (class-A misdemeanor).
