SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — According to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Utah has now hit 559 confirmed measles cases during the current outbreak, which started in June 2025. They also have updated exposure locations, which includes schools, grocery stores, and other highly frequented areas.
Utah DHHS says they have confirmed 559 cases of measles, with 73 of those cases being diagnosed in the last week. The Southwest Utah Health District has the most cases at 242, followed by Utah County at 87, and Salt Lake County at 60.
DHHS has also identified the following locations as potential exposure locations:
