MURRAY, Utah (KUTV) — A federal fugitive was found and arrested near a Maverik gas station.
Bobby Dean Cowell, 45, was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of failure to stop at the command of law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor; property damage/destruction, a class A misdemeanor; and possession or use of a controlled substance, a class B misdemeanor.
