An area in Salt Lake City was closed off to local traffic Tuesday afternoon as police officers and parole agents chased down a suspect.
A spokesperson for the Utah Department of Corrections said the “potential fugitive” was spotted at a gas station near 1700 South and 900 West.
The suspect was confronted by agents with Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) and other law enforcement, then fled the scene in a vehicle.
