SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — Police have taken a suspect into custody after a road rage incident led to a shooting on Thursday afternoon.
Sandy City Police Sergeant Michael Olsen told ABC4.com that the shooting occurred around 12:15 p.m. on Thursday. 9800 S and State Street is near Jordan High School and Sandy City Hall. He said the incident started as road rage and turned into a shots-fired call shortly after.
Nobody was injured, but the victim’s vehicle sustained damage. It is a business vehicle, and was hit on the driver’s side. At this point, police have not identified any other vehicles that were damaged in the shooting…
