Debra Lee Frost was last seen in Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 9, 1984, at around 10:00 p.m. at Mountain Bell Plaza. She was allegedly going to walk or hitchhike to where she was living on Montgomery Street, but she didn’t arrive. Debra is still listed as missing because she has never been found.…
