MILLCREEK, Utah (ABC4) — A Utah woman has been arrested for allegedly assaulting her friend and kidnapping her child.
Bridget Maginn Oleary, 34, has been arrested on one count of child kidnapping (first-degree felony), one count of assault (Class B misdemeanor), two counts of burglary of a dwelling (second-degree felony), and two counts of assault by prisoner (third-degree felony).
According to court documents, at around 3:35 a.m. on April 25, police were dispatched to the 1300 block of East Villa Vista Avenue in Millcreek for a neglect in progress.
