MILLCREEK — A Roosevelt man was arrested Saturday and accused of beating a woman using a horse whip and threatening her at gunpoint.
Branden Lee Vincent, 52, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of aggravated assault resulting in serious injury, aggravated kidnaping and aggravated assault.
On Friday night, the woman was forced into his pickup truck near 3800 South and 300 East and he “repeatedly struck her with a horse whip, a cowboy boot, and his fists, causing substantial visible injuries to her face and arms,” according to a police booking affidavit…
