Man charged, allegedly forced woman to deposit fraudulent check, withdraw cash from bank account at gunpoint

SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A Holladay man is facing charges after he allegedly held a woman at gunpoint, forced her to deposit a fraudulent check into her bank account, and withdraw cash for him.

Ronnie Hernandez, 21, has been charged with aggravated robbery (first-degree felony), aggravated kidnapping (first-degree felony), two counts of prohibited dangerous weapon conduct (second-degree felony), retaliation against a witness, victim, or informant (third-degree felony), three counts of possession of forged writing (third-degree felony), theft by deception (third-degree felony), and threat of violence (Class B misdemeanor)…
