‘The fight does not end with a title’: Eva Lopez Chavez speaks after being removed from council due to residency violation

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Eva Lopez Chavez has vacated her position as a council member for Salt Lake City District Four after an investigation found that she failed to keep her primary residence within the district.

An investigation by the Office of the City Attorney found that Lopez Chavez resided outside of her district during her tenure as a council member for Salt Lake City District Four.
