SAN ANTONIO – A 21-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly stealing a customer’s debit card and using it to make multiple unauthorized purchases, authorities said.
Eduvin Garcia faces charges of debit card abuse and resisting arrest following an investigation by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
