Since 2023, Bojangles has been bringing its signature fried chicken to the San Antonio area, opening its first location on Potranco Road. To date, two Bojangles locations have opened across the city, with several more on the way, including a new location near Alamo Ranch.
A banner for a new Bojangles has been hung outside a defunct Arby’s on Culebra Road on the city’s Far Northwest Side. The new Bojangles will be located between a McDonald’s and a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. MySA reached out to Bojangles to inquire about new locations coming to San Antonio.
A media representative for Bojangles shared three locations that are coming soon:
- 6040 Bandera in Leon Valley, slated to open early 2027
- FM 78 and Walzem Road, slated to open in spring 2027
- 11043 FM 471, slated to open summer 2027
