One of the last vestiges of AT&T’s once-prominent presence in San Antonio has hit the market.
An affiliate of Global Net Lease Inc. has put a 401,516-square-foot office building at 1010 N. St. Mary’s St. bearing AT&T’s name and an adjacent parking lot up for sale. The telecommunications company is set to leave downtown for the suburbs this month, according to a listing.
