After nearly two decades of planning and land holding, one of the largest commercial developments ever proposed in Guadalupe County has officially moved from vision to reality.
Houston-based NewQuest broke ground on infrastructure earlier this June for Seguin Exchange, a 544-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Texas 46 in Seguin. According to a news announcement from the developer, the project is expected to transform a key gateway into the city with a mix of retail, industrial, medical, hospitality, entertainment and multifamily development.
