Three people have been arrested in connection with an incident early Monday in which a man was killed and another person was injured when a gunman fired into a vehicle on San Antonio’s Northeast Side.
Martin Sanchez Jr., 58, was charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and failure to report a felony resulting in serious bodily injury or death. His bond was set at $50,000.
Robert Barnett, 38, and Kyle Erin Torres-Carcovich, 45, each was charged with failure to report a felony resulting in serious bodily injury or death. Their bonds were set at $40,000 each…
