SAN ANTONIO — One man was hospitalized after a drive-by shooting early Saturday morning outside a federal building downtown, leading to a secondary vehicle crash as bystanders fled the scene.
Police responded around 3:13 a.m. to a parking lot near Indianola and East César E. Chávez Boulevard where a large crowd had gathered.
Police tell us a vehicle carrying at least two individuals began circling the parking lot before someone inside opened fire into the crowd. One man was shot twice in the upper leg and thigh area. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment in non life threatening condition…
