BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A now-former San Antonio Park Police officer’s family violence charge was dismissed in mid-July — less than three months after he was arrested by Bexar County sheriff’s deputies.
Rolando Lopez Jr., 36, was originally taken into custody while off-duty April 28 and accused of injury assault to a family member. The charge was considered a Class A misdemeanor.
