A San Antonio teenager who initially was charged with murder in connection with a deadly 2023 carjacking has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Gabriel Miguel Urbano, 19, was arrested and charged with murder and aggravated robbery in connection with the attack on Larry Brister, 80, on Feb. 11, 2023, at Walker Ranch and Stonewood Drive.
Brister had gone out for dinner when he was carjacked, assaulted and left lying critically injured in the street, according to the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office. Brister died from his injuries five months later…
