Three more people have been arrested in connection with the vehicle title tampering investigation in Webb County involving a former Bexar County sheriff’s deputy, according to the Laredo Police Department.
Nora Alicia Rivera, 62, Reyna Estefania Trevino, 40, and Abelardo Rivera III, 22, were taken into custody Sept. 3 at LPD headquarters after being served with pending arrest warrants.
