Theory Coffee turns the small parking lot of a former gas station into one of the hottest places to visit in San Antonio on weekends.
Dig in: This coffee trailer has been around for more than a decade and has earned the loyal following it’s built. Its spot on Nacogdoches Road by Loop 410 saw a long line when I visited on a recent Sunday, but the baristas were quick and moved everything along.
The vibe: Small tables shaded by the overhang of said former gas station offer some respite from the sun.
- Naco Mexican Eatery’s original trailer sits on the same lot. The James Beard semifinalist is beloved, making it a perfect spot to grab your breakfast tacos alongside your caffeine.
