SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Two people have been arrested nearly a year after investigators say they helped sell the gun used in the fatal shooting of Alianna Nicole Ujueta in southwest Bexar County.
Angel Marchan, 19, and Michael Martinez, 23, were indicted and taken into custody this week on felony charges of tampering with physical evidence.
