SAN ANTONIO – A pedestrian was critically injured after she was struck by a vehicle exiting Loop 410, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The crash happened around 8 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Southeast Loop 410. Police said the pedestrian, described as a woman, was walking on the highway where pedestrians are prohibited.
