Residents of The Dominion neighborhood in far Northwest San Antonio will soon be getting a new neighbor: Julian Champagnie.
The 25-year-old San Antonio Spurs forward bought a home listed for $3.1 million in the gated posh community off Interstate 10, outside Loop 1604, CultureMap San Antonio reported. The sale comes less than three months after Champagnie signed a $45 million three-year contract with the city’s beloved NBA team after joining its ranks in 2023.
