Traffic stop leads to nearly 400 stolen mail pieces, guns, and drug arrests, police say

HOLLYWOOD PARK, Texas — Two people are behind bars after an early morning traffic stop uncovered a widespread mail theft, forgery, and narcotics operation, police said.

Sean Christopher Martinez, 37, and Skylar Cheri Carter, 33, were booked into the Bexar County Jail on multiple felony charges following their arrest by Hollywood Park Police.

Officers initially pulled over a vehicle displaying stolen license plates near Loop 1604, leading to a search that revealed nearly 400 pieces of stolen mail and packages tied to dozens of addresses.
