San Antonio Animal Care Services (SAACS) is in urgent need of pet food to help struggling residents feed their furry companions. The request comes as soaring grocery costs continue to increase food insecurity.
Those interested in helping out can donate to the SAACS Pet Pantry at 4710 State Highway 151 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on weekends.
“Every donation helps a San Antonio pet guardian care for their pet and can prevent an animal from entering the shelter simply because their family needs a little help,” SAACS officials said in a press release…
