CASTLE HILLS, TX — Castle Hills police say a man entered a woman’s home using house keys she had left in her unlocked car, then took a shower inside the residence before officers arrested him.
The woman lives alone and was awakened early Tuesday by the sound of running water. When she investigated, police said, she found signs that someone had been inside her home and became frightened enough to retreat to her bedroom.
Officers were called to the home on South Winston Lane near Northwest Military Highway shortly before 7 a.m. and took the man into custody after entering the house. Police had not released his name by Tuesday afternoon.
