Crispy Cones is preparing to expand into San Antonio with a new location planned for 18130 San Pedro Ave., Suite 100, at Northwoods.
According to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records, the upcoming Crispy Cones is part of a 1,233-square-foot tenant finish-out at the Northwoods development. The project, listed under TABS2027001515, has an estimated construction cost of $100,000, with work scheduled to begin October 1 and be completed by February 1, 2027.
Adniel Orense, who is listed as the tenant for the project, confirmed to What Now San Antonio that he is the franchise owner behind the upcoming location. Orense said the project is still in its early stages and that he is not available for an interview at this time…
